This is an immersive 2-day virtual retreat, coupled with a year-long accountability program.

Using this structure, I will guide you as you create a
12-month action plan using my signature, research-backed method.
After the January retreat, we will meet quarterly for additional community coaching calls that will keep you motivated, accountable and on track with your 2021 plans.

Part One: Past - You’ll spend the first half of the day reflecting on the highs and lows of your past year and getting honest about where you are now and where you want to be.
Part Two: Present - In the latter half of the day, you’ll reflect on where you are in life right now. What needs your immediate attention, and what is calling you forward towards your future reality. During this session you’ll dream up and better define your big-picture, three-year vision.
Evening Social - You’ve worked hard, now it’s time to party! We’ll crank up the tunes, break out the bevvies and snacks, and spend the last few hours bonding through conversation and breakouts to connect with the Your Best Year community.
Part Three: Future - Let’s take those big, beautiful dreams you outlined yesterday and turn them into actionable plans. Today, you’ll work backwards to plan out your 2021 goals, and the quarterly, monthly, and weekly actions you’ll need to take to get there. You’ll also map out your immediate next steps so you can get a head start on your 2021 to-do list and start building momentum before the year is out.

Your Best Year is a digital goal-setting and year planning retreat led by Komal Minhas. In this immersive, 2-day virtual experience, participants will learn how to create and implement a 12-month action plan for their life, using Komal’s signature, research-backed method.
Your ticket includes 8 hours of guided workshops, 4 small group breakout sessions, a comprehensive workbook (digital and printable), and access to a private digital community. Ticket holders will also receive lifetime access to all event recordings.
For two days, attendees are expected to attend online sessions made up of keynotes, guided journaling sessions, and breakout discussions. There will also be time for mingling and networking at the end of each day.

The event will begin on December 5, 2020, at 1 PM EST. Once you register, you will receive emails with instructions on how to attend the retreat calls, log in to the private digital community, and access additional learning materials.

Absolutely. The two-day retreat will help you map out the exact steps and tactics you’ll use to hit your goals, but the program doesn’t end there. You’ll have year long access to the online community and have the opportunity to join three live coaching calls that I’ll be hosting every quarter. During these calls, we’ll check in with you on your progress and help you pivot in ways that feel good to you. Life happens and it’s okay if your plans change, but the tools and support you’ll gain in this program will help you get refocused and realigned, even while navigating uncertainty.
I understand that sometimes life happens, and you won’t be able to attend every single session. If you’re not able to join us live, you can watch the replay that will be available 24 hours after the live event for you to watch at your convenience. If you need to leave an event early, all I ask is that you exit the online space respectfully. There will be a five-minute grace period at the beginning of each day to allow everybody to get settled in.
